$777 Find cheap flights from Venice to Buenos Aires

Iberia canceled then rescheduled the first leg of this flight three weeks before my trip left on May 11. I had to cancel and get a refund. And scramble to find a different flight through a travel agency flying on United. And Kayak , you’ve been writing me ever since as if I’m still on this original flight! Pretty scary you have no way of knowing what has befallen your customers! I will never buy plane tix from you again!

As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

We left our child’s tablet on our seat 12 B on the plane and we can’t get a hold of anyone to try to get help locating the tablet.

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

We had a seat that would not function. No Wifi or inflight entertainment was available. Food was very poor. Attendants were very accommodating and apologized for the problems.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

Terrible, we missed a flight from our multi city itenerary and the airline canceled our last flight returning home. Neither Underpricer & the airline informed us and did nothing to help and had to buy new tickets... a nightmare!!!! Never booking through Kayak/underpricer again

A better organized line of passengers at the boarding gate. Quite disorganized, with multiple queues of economy class passengers

It was a short haul trip, so food and entertainment weren’t a big issue

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

Ok, but no entertainment. Left late, but made up most of the time.

May be it is not an ITA issue, but the bags took long time to go out.

Good. But there food was poor quality and 95% of movies didn't have English subtitles

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.

Service from staff was poor, food choices were limited. Air plane was not clean or hygienic and seemed like not cleaned for days. Seats were uncomfortable.
